Dear Friends,

The good days have returned. I slept all night. I have no pain in a very sore shoulder – have not had since the first day. A truly gracious God has heard our prayers and their return is richly beyond what was asked for or expected. This is what we should expect. Our God is the God of bounty.

The soreness and paralysis in my hands has eased some. But, I don’t know when I will be able to do a blog again. I should have learned to type with my toes when I was younger and more agile. I was just lazy and stubborn and didn’t do it.

There is great drought here. Our nation is on the edge of depression. Economic turmoil faces many if not most of us. Let us say with one voice, “our reins have fallen in pleasant places.” We are God’s elect given this day to serve Him. None other have been given this day.

As Ezra said when he was returning with the great temple wealth, because he had told the king what a great God he served, he was too ashamed to ask for an escort.

I leave you with this, “I know not what God has willed, what God has planned. I only know at His right hand stands One who is my Savior!”
